If those two were a doubles team, they would argue in the car park and still somehow win. The Mamba is the “help me get distance without pulling a hamstring” pick, while the Berg is the “I refuse to three-putt this” security blanket. The common thread is confidence. These are purchases for scoring, not for showing off in the field.

It does mean someone has to give way. MVP’s Trail drops from #9 to #11, which is not a collapse, it is more like being politely asked to stand because two regulars want their usual seats back. The rest of the Top 15 does a tidy bit of shuffling too. Firebird climbs to #12, Zone nudges up to #14, and Discmania’s FD (Jackal, Fairway Driver) makes the most meaningful jump in this upper bracket, up three spots to #15. That FD move fits the week’s vibe perfectly: controlled fairway flights, point-and-shoot lines, and fewer heroic decisions involving a headwind.

Regionally, you can see how tastes change with the scenery. In Europe, Pixel leads the way and the FD is right behind it, with the Berg sitting pretty in the top three. Oceania keeps Glitch near the top, which suggests a lot of touch golf and a lot of people who actually practise their upshots. The Americas have the Buzzz on top, but the Mamba sitting at #2 regionally is the eyebrow-raiser. When a very understable 11-speed is that popular, it usually means players want easy turn and workable distance, not a punishing meathook that demands perfect form every throw.

Outside the headline positions, the loudest movement is further down the sheet. Discmania’s DD2 rockets up 314 places to #246, and Innova’s Racer jumps 300 to #193. Those sorts of leaps smell like a restock, a run people have been waiting for, or a mini social media frenzy that turned into a button-clicking moment. That looks less like one bad disc and more like buyers rotating their budget elsewhere this week.
