Well then. If the disc golf leaderboard were a pub on Open Mic Night, the Axiom Pixel just grabbed the mic, cleared its throat and stole the show. From 10th to 6th in a single week, this stable little putter muscled its way past veterans with the confidence of a disc that knows it floats straight and scores clean. Why now? Simple. The Pixel has quietly become the ‘honest mate’ in every disc bag—no wild tricks, just dependable throws from circle one.

Not everyone fared quite as gracefully. The Crave, which peaked at #3 last week, seems to have lost its shine just a bit, drifting gently to #5. It could be down to sheer category overcrowding—control drivers are swarming more than ever, and user attention doesn’t stretch endlessly. There’s only so much love a thrower can give.

Also shaking things up: MVP’s Glitch, one of the quirkiest discs to grace the Top 10, has gone from a bubbly #6 to the edge at #10. Call it novelty burnout. The Glitch, beloved for catch-and-throw casuals and weird flexes, might be fun at the practice basket, but its lack of teeth might be pushing baggers back toward utility putters like the ever-dependable Luna, which now holds strong at #8 and is “heating up” in more ways than one.

Meanwhile, familiar faces continue their reign. The Buzzz remains untouchable atop the heap—31 weeks running at #1. It’s practically grown roots. Just behind it, the Discraft Destroyer still looms large at #2, commanding respect with zero movement, like a pub landlord who never leaves the till.

Midrange fans are feasting. The Hex (up to #3) and the Zone (up to #4) steadily angled upward, making it four midranges in the Top 10. That tells us more than we think. When players need consistent results across unpredictable courses, midranges are the safe emotional bet. They’re like pizza: always a good idea.

Keep an eye on MVP’s Trail (#7) which continues to sit comfortably mid-pack in the Top 10—not rising a spectacle, but not budging either. And shout-out to Innova’s Wraith, which slipped two places to #9. Upper card trouble? Maybe. Or it’s just gently being outshone by the Pixel’s meteoric moment.

With December looming and stock restocks landing, it’ll be fascinating to see if next week delivers a new face in the Top 10—or if the Buzzz continues its Hogwarts-level spell on that #1 spot. See the full Top 40 and pick your favourites before the next shuffle.
