Top-ranked discs on Friday October 31, 2025

If the Halloween spirit brought out trick-or-treaters on the course, the biggest surprise in their treat bag this week would be the Axiom Pixel — now haunting slot #6 after climbing three places. With its soft landing and suspiciously smug flight plate, the Pixel isn’t flashy, but its popularity is surging like an early morning practice round.
The MVP Trail, however, appears to have taken a wrong turn at the forest fork. After climbing spectacularly into the Top 5 only recently, it’s tumbled back to #9. A hint, perhaps, that novelty can get you on the radar, but staying power is a different beast altogether.
Still wearing the disc golf crown like it was made just for it, the Discraft Buzzz keeps its unshakable #1 position for yet another week. You could argue it’s the Toyota Corolla of discs — never the flashiest, but relentless in utility. Familiarity, after all, is the most underappreciated form of attraction. The psychology of habit works wonders here. Once a disc becomes part of your identity, you’re not switching it out just because something shimmies past in cosmic colourways.
Now, let’s talk about one of the more underrated stories — the Axiom Construct. Up 26 places to land at #37, it saunters into relevance with more grace than expected of a Hybrid Driver. This isn’t just down to flight numbers or overstated marketing. It’s more about the social proof seeping in as players notice others trusting it on the tee. When adoption accelerates, so does curiosity. Behaviour’s best friend is repetition, after all.
Brand-wise, Axiom continues its steady invasion of the Top 10 with three discs — Crave (#3), Hex (#4), and now the surging Pixel. It’s feeling less like a flavour of the month and more like the brand you whisper about before switching loyalties.
Innova, quietly biding its time in the corner, saw the Mamba sneak into the Top 10 again at #10. Combined with the Leopard3 staging a comeback at #26 after a 7-week ghosting act, it suggests nostalgia is still a powerful purchasing lever. As the shiny new plastic settles, old flames rekindle.
And while the usual suspects shuffled only slightly — Destroyer (#2), Crave (#3), Hex (#4), Glitch (#5) — the heat map for next week’s chart might look increasingly Axiom-toned. If trends hold, the most boring question in disc golf right now might turn out to be the most predictive: “What’s everyone else throwing these days?”
Next week? Keep an eye on the Construct and any surprises swirling just outside the Top 40. The herd moves slowly, but when it shifts, you’ll want to be ahead of the stampede.
