Top-ranked discs on Friday September 19, 2025
Let’s begin with a little disc drama, shall we? Discraft’s Luna pulled off one of the month’s juiciest climbs, leaping from #15 to #5 as if it caught a tailwind rich in fan sentiment and field buzz. Ten spots up isn’t just a bounce—it’s a backhanded slap to every disc that thought it had the putter category sewn up.
But before Luna could steal the whole show, another Discraft stalwart elbowed its way into the spotlight. The Zone has muscled forward six spots to sit proudly at #2. There’s just something about its no-nonsense stability that feels right, especially when newer releases can’t decide if they want to be approach discs or Instagram influencers.
Meanwhile, at #1, the Buzzz couldn’t care less. Still perched atop the rankings like an owl watching over a field of overmoulded chaos. It’s stable, it’s savvy, and it somehow still out-chats discs half its age.
Innova fans will be smug this week. The Wraith darted up to #4, overtaking a swathe of MVP and Axiom models that just last month looked unstoppable. Luna may have stolen hearts, but Wraith clearly whispered into the ears of fast, free-flying players who like a touch of control in their chaos.
Now to the glitz: welcome Diamond to the Top 10. After hovering around the fringe like someone not quite invited but still turning up with charm, Latitude 64’s fairy-light control driver finally cracked #10. It’s popular with beginners, yes, but let’s not kid ourselves—veterans reach for it too when they fancy a cheeky turnover line without torquing a rotator cuff.
Further down, it’s been a week of shifting sands. Hex stumbled down to #11 (perhaps worn out from all the praise), and MVP’s Glitch slipped behind to #9. Don’t call them out just yet—they’re more likely regrouping for another push than disappearing.
Brand-wise, Innova continues its iron grip at the top. Despite fresh blood from the likes of Infinite Discs—who’ve jumped up 18 spots thanks to a full house of reentries and new launches—Innova’s staying power is peerless. Having the Destroyer and Wraith in your corner does help, mind you.
Next Friday? Expect more movement. The calm can’t last. The charts are starting to twitch like someone just told them winter plastic drops early this year. See you then.
