My winning score was 8+, a big change from my winning effort in 2000 of -24. The course we played was named "extreme", effectively Beaminster on steroids. It was our first tournament in NZ with 18 baskets.....although it was the terrain and trees that gave most people the
biggest problems.

In the final round of four I managed to shoot -2, which evened the course record and took me from 4th place four shots off the lead to 1st place.

Expect to see you guys again in 2002 .... till then party on and beat that Del!
